NOUSDATA INC. ("NousData", "we", "us") operates nousdata.com and provides AI voice and messaging services. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Communications content — the contents of calls and text message conversations with our services, including transcripts and recordings, used to provide and improve the service.

We only send SMS/MMS messages to individuals who have opted in — by texting us first, calling us and requesting information, or otherwise providing express consent. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the service (for example, telecommunications carriers and cloud infrastructure providers), under contractual confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Data retention and security

We retain communications data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, and we protect it with industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards.
