Program overview
NOUSDATA INC. ("NousData") operates AI voice assistants. Every NousData phone number is an AI
personal assistant that answers calls for a business. We send only conversational
SMS/MMS messages — replies to a customer's inquiry, appointment confirmations, requested
follow-ups, and related notifications — to end users who have explicitly opted in.
We never send the first message, use no purchased or imported lists, and send no marketing or
promotional content.
This page shows, for anyone including a third-party reviewer, exactly how customers opt
in (three ways), the complete, transparent consent language we present in
each, and how customers opt out.
How you opt in
1. On this website
Enter your details below. The SMS consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by
default — you can submit the form without it, and we will only text you if you check it.
SMS consent is never required and is not a condition of any purchase or of using this form.

you provided. You'll receive conversational messages, appointment confirmations, and requested
follow-ups. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
✓ Thanks — your details are noted. You did not opt in to text
messages, so we will not text you. You can opt in any time by checking the box above, by asking
during a call, or by texting us first.
2. By phone — verbal opt-in during a call
When a customer calls one of our AI assistant numbers (for example our published line
+1 (620) 387-8062) and asks us to send information or a
follow-up by text, the assistant asks for consent and reads the full disclosure — including
the message types and where to find our terms and privacy policy — before sending anything,
and sends only after a clear "yes." This is the exact script the assistant reads:
CUSTOMER: Can you text me the details?
ASSISTANT: I can text that to you at this number. Just to confirm — is it okay if Nous sends you SMS messages? You'd get conversational texts and notifications such as appointment confirmations and requested follow-ups. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP any time to opt out or HELP for help. Consent isn't a condition of anything, and you can review our SMS terms and privacy policy at nousdata.com. Is that okay?
CUSTOMER: Yes.
ASSISTANT: Great — I'll text you at this number. You can reply STOP any time to unsubscribe.
If the customer does not clearly agree, no text is sent. Live recorded calls demonstrating this
consent flow are available to carrier reviewers on request.
3. By text — mobile-originated (you text us first)
You can opt in at any time by sending the first text message to
+1 (620) 387-8062. That first inbound message is your consent,
and everything we send afterward is a conversational reply — such as appointment confirmations,
requested follow-ups, and related notifications. Message frequency varies; message and data rates

Whichever way a customer opts in — website, phone, or text — they see or hear this disclosure, in
full, before any message is sent:

How you opt out
You are always in control and can stop messages instantly:

- You immediately receive one final confirmation and then no further messages:
