Program overview

NOUSDATA INC. ("NousData") operates AI voice assistants. Every NousData phone number is an AI personal assistant that answers calls for a business. We send only conversational SMS/MMS messages — replies to a customer's inquiry, appointment confirmations, and requested follow-ups — to end users who have explicitly opted in. We never send the first message, use no purchased or imported lists, and send no marketing or promotional content.

This page shows, for anyone including a third-party reviewer, exactly how customers opt in (three ways), the complete, transparent consent language we present, and how customers opt out.

How you opt in

1. On this website

Enter your mobile number and check the consent box below. Nothing is pre-checked; consent is a deliberate, affirmative action, and it is not a condition of any purchase.

2. By phone — verbal opt-in during a call (script)

When a customer calls one of our AI assistant numbers (for example our published line +1 (620) 387-8062) and asks us to send information or a follow-up by text, the assistant follows this script — it asks for consent and reads the full disclosure before sending anything, and sends only after a clear "yes":

CUSTOMER: Can you text me the details? ASSISTANT: I can text that to you. Before I do, I need to confirm your consent — is it okay if Nous sends you SMS messages at this number? You'd get conversational texts related to what we discussed. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP any time to opt out or HELP for help. Consent isn't a condition of anything. Is that okay? CUSTOMER: Yes. ASSISTANT: Great — I'll text you at this number. You can reply STOP any time to unsubscribe.

3. By text — mobile-originated (you text us first)

You can opt in at any time by sending the first text message to +1 (620) 387-8062. That first inbound message is your consent, and everything we send afterward is a conversational reply to it.
